Ilha de Fernando de Noronha (Fernando de Noronha Island) is an island in northeast Brazil.  It is ideal for scuba diving with clear and warm seawater. The underwater visibility is about 43,7 yards (40 m) and the water temperature about 79º F (26º C).

People can observe some species of sharks, turtles, barracudas, rays, dolphins, corals and so on.  There are at least two dive centers on the island: Águas Claras (that means “clear water”) (http://www.aguasclaras-fn.com.br/) and Atlantis (http://www.atlantisdivers.com.br/en/). We have always used Águas Claras, but both centers are good.

To get to the island, you must fly from Recife City to Fernando de Noronha Island.  The island is well structured for tourists.  We think it is one of the most beautiful places in the world for scuba diving.
